1. Services
Adhoc Support, LLC provides custom web application development, consulting, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in individual project agreements.
2. Client Portal
Access to our client portal is provided for project management, communication, and invoice management purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined per project. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional fees. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code and deliverables created for your project become your property, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to use general techniques, tools, and knowledge gained during the engagement.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business processes, technical specifications, and access credentials.
6. Limitation of Liability
Adhoc Support, LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
